Andrew Gold was born in 1951 in California and died in June 2011. He was best known for his single hits, but was also a painter and an actor.
Andrew appeared on the single by Linda Ronstadt "You're so Good" and he was in her band for for several years during the 1970s. He also played the instruments on Art Garfunkel's 1975 hit I ONLY HAVE EYES FOR YOU ".
He had worked with Queen, Paul McCartney, Brian Wilson and so many more too.
